What Is Self-Exclusion?

Self-exclusion is a tool that allows you to take a break from gambling. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play any games on the platform.

How to Self-Exclude

  1. Go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming.
  2. Click "Self-Exclusion".
  3. Choose the exclusion period: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent.
  4. Confirm your decision — this action cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

What Happens During Exclusion

Your account will be locked for the duration of the exclusion period. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Pending withdrawals will still be processed. At the end of a temporary exclusion, your account will not automatically reopen — you must contact support to request reactivation.

For permanent exclusion, your account will be closed and cannot be reopened.
